Located in the former ROYAL palace on the heights. The town centre is 200 m away, the station 450 m away and the CHEVALLEY spa 350 m away.

Everything is less than 5 minutes' walk away. This fully renovated 70 m2 flat is fully equipped. The 40 m2 living room opens onto a large 10 m2 balcony/terrace facing east with a view of the thermal baths.
