Ty Roger" is a 55 m2 stone Breton house with all modern comforts, situated at the entrance to a quiet hamlet 500 m from the River Auray. Very well situated for visits to megalithic sites and close to the coastal path.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, living room, 1 bedroom, shower room and separate wc.

First floor: Mezzanine, 1 small bedroom.

Land of 430 m2, south-facing garden and terrace. Deckchairs.

Pets not allowed.

Fortnightly rentals preferred in July and August.

Bed linen and towels can be hired.
