A cosy little nest perched on the 3rd floor of a house with its feet in the water, the Capelan studio enjoys a plunging view of the sea. At high tide, you'd think you were on board an ocean liner! Like its neighbour, Locarec, with which it can communicate to accommodate 4 people, it has a 3-metre-wide sliding window.
