You will be staying in an 80m2 stone gîte with a lovely 25m2 wooden decked terrace and a private grassy garden (fully enclosed, palisade and mobile gate), all facing south (barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, etc.). The decoration is a mixture of stone and wood (cypress trunks, solid wood furniture created by me...) The materials used are 'ecological' (untreated wood, lime on the walls, oiled furniture, water-based paint...) You can walk to the beach (500m) and to the village of Saint Philibert (bakery and restaurant 50m away) with its typical chapel. Ground floor: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (top-brand appliances, bar and high chairs), dining room, living room with vintage leather sofa, 100cm flat-screen TV, WC, utility room (washing machine, WIFI). First floor: Large master bedroom (small sea view, solid wood and trunk furniture), children's bedroom with 2 single beds (small sea view), bathroom with shower (underground tiling, river stone basin on solid cypress top). The small fishing port of Pointe de Trévignon is 3 km from the gîte, accessible by the coastal GR, where you can stroll and buy fresh fish and seafood. For those who enjoy walking or cycling, you can start your several-hour tour between the sea and the countryside from the farmhouse (start 20 metres away). During your tour, you will discover protected natural sites, the famous thatched cottages made of standing stone, rocky chaos and numerous streams in a calm and privileged environment! A 15-minute drive will take you to the town of Concarneau, with its walled city, large fishing and yachting harbour, restaurants and large market on Fridays!
