## Description

In a small village, close to the Chataigneraie, about 20 km from the Mervent forest and 15mm from the small town of character of Vouvant, and the fishing site of Pescalis Moncoutant, stay in this farmhouse. It is an old renovated barn. It comprises a ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility, a living room with kitchen area and sitting area, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, en-suite shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, there is a lounge, a library, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a third single bed (90cm) and a shower room with toilet. Beds are made up on arrival, towels and cleaning products are provided, and the house respects the environment and the nearby river "La Mère". In the heart of the countryside, come and pamper our donkeys. Hiking trails and a lake are 2 mm away, making this the ideal place for nature walks! 2mn from the Tour de Vendée cycle track, 3 km from supermarkets, 35 km from the Marais Poitevin and the Puy du Fou, 70 km from the sea at L'Acuillon sur Mer.

In low season, from January to June and from September to December, it is possible to rent 2 days, 80,00€ the night for 4 people, 20e per adult moreover, cloths, bathroom linen provided. For cyclists, we have a room for bicycles.
