It's the ideal place for a relaxing family holiday, between the Gulf of Morbihan, the Guérande peninsula and La Baule. The gîte is located in southern Brittany, in the Morbihan region, on the border of the Loire-Atlantique and Ille-et-Vilaine departments, making it the perfect base for exploring the whole region. Vannes is 30 minutes away, Nantes 45 minutes, and the beaches can be reached in 8 to 10 km. 🏡 A comfortable gîte for a peaceful holiday The farmhouse offers a lovely, friendly living area, opening onto an enclosed garden where young and old alike will find something to enjoy. this is equipped with a portico, table tennis table, sandpit, garden furniture and a barbecue for summer evenings. On the ground floor of the farmhouse is a cosy living room opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a first bathroom, a separate toilet and a storage room, handy for beach or hiking gear. Upstairs: two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a cot.
