The "country" style (wood, slate, stone, terracotta) creates a warm atmosphere in the middle of a very small, quiet and isolated hamlet in the Ariege Pyrenees Regional Nature Park. The cottage is attached to the owners' house, but not overlooked. The predominance of wood reinforces the authentic atmosphere of the estate, and the river Orle, which flows through this 4-hectare area of tranquil nature, is ideal for relaxation and fishing. Depending on the season, the estate is looked after by part of the herd of Mérens and Castillonnais horses, including the beautiful Castillonnais stallion "Vé t'Aqui d'Autet", supreme champion of the breed in 2012. As a backdrop to the estate: the Mail de Bulard 2754m evokes the past. It's the perfect place for nature lovers, to get away from it all, hike, snowshoe, observe, relax and contemplate. Continue towards Sentein. At Lascoux, turn left and follow the signs for "Vallée d'Orle/Luentein" on the D704. Continue straight ahead and take the second turning on the left over the bridge, where you will see a large sign indicating our two gites.
