The ground floor also has a laundry room with washing machine/dryer, separate WC and direct access to the terrace with garden furniture, table and barbecue overlooking the green hedgerows. Communal areas (petanque area, children's play area, etc.) allow you to enjoy the countryside. Ideal for a nature break with family or friends, it can also be rented together with the "Côté Ferme" gîte.
