🌿 Ground floor: large living room with fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob...), convivial dining area and lounge with large sofa + TV. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and WC.

🛏️ Upstairs: 2 comfortable bedrooms (1 double bed 160 + 2 single beds 90x200, hotel-quality mattresses), shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
