On the outskirts of Saint-Denis-De-Pile, this charming stone house is just 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux.

Completely renovated with care, it combines the charm of the past with modern comforts. Facing a large open field, it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (2 of which have their own WC.) There is a large, light-filled attic room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area and a comfortable sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi.

The terrace opens onto the garden and surrounding fields, with uninterrupted views over the countryside. From the bottom of the garden, a small path leads down to the Isle, a pretty, tranquil stream where you can go for a walk, watch the wildlife or discover the fishermen's huts.

Everything is designed with families in mind: baby equipment is available, there is an outdoor play area, and the environment is safe and soothing.

Beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.
