The 70 m² main house has a living area with a fitted and equipped kitchen, as well as a lounge. The three bedrooms each have a double bed (140cm). There is also a shower room with toilet. The studio comprises a fitted and equipped kitchen area and a living area with a sleeping area (1 double bed 140cm wide). A shower room with wc completes the accommodation. The terrace faces the adjoining garden, which is not enclosed, and a separate partition has been installed to ensure privacy. You are just 1.5 km from the town centre and 4 km from the beach at Sion sur l'Océan. The entrance is shared but parking is private. Pets are not allowed.
