Origin and soul of the place Next to a XVIᵉ century house, listed as a Historic Monument, "la Boutique d'Yvonne" stands in the centre of an old fortified village. A former boutique and fashion workshop, the house retains the charm of an artisanal past while now offering contemporary comfort. Architecture and atmosphere The façade was rebuilt in the early 20th century from Saintonge stone when the workshop was converted. 💫 Modern comfort in a historic setting. Layout of the three levels: \- Ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, lounge, dining area, washing machine and WC. Wifi is free and available. \- 1st floor: double bedroom (bed 140×190) with en-suite bathroom (shower/bath and WC). \- 2nd floor: air-conditioned mezzanine with study area and seating area. In a row, a 13 m² bedroom with two single "boat" beds (130x190 and 115x185 wide) for greater comfort. Facilities designed for your minimum 2-night stay: \- Air conditioning, wifi, hi-fi system, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, office area, equipment for your young child or baby is available (cot, bath seat, bottle warmer and high chair)...
