This flat comprises a large living room with 55" UHD LED screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms, the first with 1 x 160 x 200 bed, plenty of storage space and a desk, the second with 2 x 90 x 200 single beds (or 1 x 180 x 200 double bed on request at the time of booking), wardrobe and desk, a bathroom with 1 double washbasin and a large walk-in shower and 1 separate WC with washbasin.

Outside, a large garage, a paved terrace with garden furniture (table, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue... depending on the season) and a garden, all enclosed and lockable.

Situated between Annecy and Albertville, the Savoie Mont-Blanc region is within easy reach of many activities (hiking, beaches, Lake Annecy greenway, ski slopes, water sports, via ferrata, paragliding, etc.).
