Alain and Martine wanted to make this house a harmonious vacation spot, designed for families or friends seeking reconnection and tourist discoveries. You will find a peaceful atmosphere, a spacious and comfortable house, a landscaped garden with its 2 terraces, and the unique sensation offered by the proximity of the sea and the Normandy countryside. The house is organized on 2 levels, with a large open-plan living area on the ground floor where stone, wood, natural light, and contemporary details blend together. This space includes a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, a dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment...).It can be accessed from an entrance hall with a cloakroom and built-in storage. A bathroom with a toilet is also located on this level. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a reading room with a TV, which opens onto a large furnished terrace. Two bedrooms equipped with double beds (160/200) offer quality bedding, while an independent mezzanine offers three single beds (90/190), ideal for children or teenagers. A bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet completes this floor. Outside, you will enjoy a 300 m² enclosed garden with landscaping. An inner courtyard accessible through a gate allows for safe vehicle parking. The terraces are equipped for outdoor dining or relaxing, and a barbecue is available for friendly grilling. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart speaker, and tourist guides and maps to help you plan your excursions. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the garage. Take the exit for the N13 / RN13 towards Bayeux / Cherbourg. Continue on the N13 (2x2 lanes, free of charge) for around 100 km. Pass through the towns of Bayeux, Isigny-sur-Mer, Carentan and Valognes. At Valognes, take the D902 exit towards Bricquebec / Les Pieux. Follow the D902 for around 20 km to Les Pieux. Pass through Les Pieux and continue on the D650 towards Siouville-Hague. Follow the signs for "Siouville" or "Plage de Siouville". Once in Siouville, turn right onto Route de la Petite Siouville as far as number 38 (easy access, parking in the courtyard). Continue on the A84 (free) towards Avranches, exit Granville / Coutances. Follow the D924 towards Coutances, then the D971 towards La Haye-du-Puits, then Barneville-Carteret. From Barneville, take the D650 towards Les Pieux / Siouville-Hague. At Les Pieux, follow the D650 towards Siouville. Enter the village of Siouville-Hague, then turn into Rue La Petite Siouville.
