Tastefully decorated, it offers a warm and welcoming interior. A bright living area, a cosy bedroom and a peaceful garden with PRIVATE SPA invite you to relax. Perfect for getting away from it all and recharging your batteries away from the hustle and bustle. Ideally located for visiting Alsace and its vineyards, hiking in the mountains, mountain biking and snowshoeing in winter. There are many walks starting from the gîte. The gîte comprises a bright main room with an open-plan kitchen. Coffee and tea are offered to welcome you. There is a television and free internet access (wifi). A fully equipped kitchen; induction hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The bedroom has 1 double bed of 160cm; linen is provided and the bed will be made. There is a shower room with a large walk-in shower. A set of towels and 1 hairdryer are also provided. In winter we provide bathrobes and sandals for the jacuzzi free of charge. Separate toilet and a small utility room with washing machine. ## Home We accept 🐕 a small pet on request as our accommodation has been refurbished; it is forbidden to allow the pet on the bed and sofa. No smoking or vaping inside the gîte. 🚭 an ashtray is provided on the terrace. You have a superb bakery at the entrance to the village for your breakfast from 6:30 in the morning. Some condiments at your disposal, ( salt, pepper, oil, mustard etc...) Your bed 🛏️ will be made up; towels and bath sheets are provided. Liquid soap and shower gel are also available. For a good cup of coffee you have a DELONGHI coffee machine. To sum up: the 5 things you absolutely must do 1\. a hike to a mountain lake (Schiessrothried or Fischboedle). 2\. the Sentier des Roches for the views. 3\. stroll around Munster and its market 4\. a walk in the forest + the Wormsa waterfall. 5\. a meal in a farmhouse inn on the ridges. ## Access map The gîte is located in a small valley in the heart of the Vosges mountains 🌲in the Ballons des Vosges nature park . ⛰️ Drive through the village as far as the town hall. Go around the town hall to the right, and after a small bridge take the first turning on the left. At the end of the small housing estate, a house with several roofs and solar panels will welcome you. You can park in front of the house, where the Gîte de France sign is. \- Access map : 12 chemin de la prairie 68140 STOSSWIHR (see photo) Go through Munster and take the D417 towards Col de la Schlucht. After 2 km, turn right towards the Stosswihr town hall, which you will pass on the right. Cross the small bridge and then take the first turning on the left (chemin de la prairie). Park in front of the low wall opposite the "Gîte de France" sign.
