Ideal for 2 people. It comprises a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom upstairs. The living room has a sofa, television and dining table with chairs. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Upstairs, the bedroom has a 140x190 double bed and the shower room opens onto the bedroom. The toilet is accessible via the shower room. A small outdoor area is reserved for rental, with garden furniture and barbecue. Free parking is available on the quiet street and in the enclosed grounds. The property is ideally located, approximately 1km on foot from the medieval town and shops. Cycle paths and footpaths are within easy reach of the property. A shopping centre is just a few minutes away by car. It's a good starting point for visiting the surrounding area, including La Baule, Pornichet, Batz-sur-Mer, Le Croisic, and the seafront as far as Morbihan. Unfortunately, the rental is not accessible for PRMs, as the sleeping accommodation and shower room are on the first floor. We are unable to accept pets. As you approach the town, continue towards the ramparts and then turn off towards the residential area where rue de la Noë aux Gas is located. From the salt marshes : Head up towards Guérande. Once on the outskirts of the medieval town, continue towards the quiet area where rue de la Noë aux Gas is located. Free parking is available in the street, making it easy for you to get settled in.
