Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it combines comfort, practicality and Breton authenticity. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a convivial lounge area with television. An 8 m² bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) has its own private shower room with heated towel rail. A separate toilet completes this level. Upstairs, three further bedrooms provide a comfortable spread of sleeping accommodation: two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm). There is also a second separate shower room with WC and heated towel rail. The gîte is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hoover and full cleaning kit. Cleaning products are provided, and bed linen is available as an optional extra. Cleaning is included. Outside, the enclosed, landscaped garden is a real asset, offering a safe and pleasant space in which to relax or share a meal around the barbecue.
