## Description

A family home with old-world charm, set in a 1,000 m² property just 50 metres from La Pelle beach in Porteau, on the border between Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it comprises a bright original veranda (with translucent sheet covering), which serves as the living room, a separate lounge and a simple, functional kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are independent and there are two bathrooms and a toilet. A pleasant bow window will delight fans of reading and relaxing.

The 4th bedroom, upstairs, has a study area, a small sitting room and its own bathroom.

The major assets of this property remain the swimming pool, which is heated from May to September (and depending on weather conditions), and the large, landscaped, walled garden. There is ample parking for several vehicles. Réf Phare
