Welcome to Gîte Braunis – rated 4⭐ and 3🔑 – a self-catering holiday cottage set on a 3-hectare estate, sleeping 8 people (or 4 people outside the summer season) – in a former barn renovated by Jean-Pierre and Nadine.

\*Ground floor:

\-Living area: Cosy lounge and fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences

\- Ground-floor bedrooms: 2 spacious ground-floor bedrooms with 140x190 beds, each with its own en-suite shower room and private toilet.

\- Bathroom facilities: 1 additional shared toilet.

\*First floor (accessible in the 8-person configuration):

\- Relaxation area: Reading/relaxation corner on the mezzanine (accessible in the 4-person version),

\- Upstairs bedrooms: 2 spacious bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds).

\- Bathroom facilities: 1 en-suite bathroom – comprising a shower room, toilet and bath – serving the two upstairs bedrooms.

\*Outdoor areas:

\- The courtyard (100 m²): an outdoor living area, equipped for al fresco dining, grilling on the plancha, a seating area and a table tennis table.

\- The pool area: a swimming area – 10x5 m, secured by an alarm – and a relaxation area with sun loungers, not overlooked.

\- The garden: a large outdoor area with leisure facilities: children’s toys available (trampoline, swing with slide, scooter, Mölkky, frisbee).
