## Description

\# La Bergerie: a spacious, charming holiday cottage for 10 people on the Opal Coast

\## A cosy stay in a former sheepfold

Fancy a holiday in the great outdoors, a family reunion or a weekend away with friends? La Bergerie welcomes you to a spacious and light-filled holiday cottage, converted from the farm’s former sheepfold. Situated in the natural setting of the Deux-Caps area, in the Pas-de-Calais, this accommodation is a lovely place to enjoy the countryside and explore the Opal Coast.

With room for up to 10 people, 5 bedrooms and generous living spaces, La Bergerie offers everyone the chance to enjoy their stay at their own pace, whilst sharing lovely moments over a meal, an evening by the fireside or a day exploring the coast.

\## Lovely spaces to get together

La Bergerie is the largest holiday cottage on the estate. Its layout is designed to encourage a friendly atmosphere, plenty of natural light and comfort for group stays.

The large living room, which opens onto the fully-equipped kitchen, is the perfect place to gather after a walk. The large farmhouse table, which can seat all guests, is ideal for shared meals. In mid-season and on cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere.

The mezzanine is a lovely addition to the living spaces. It’s the perfect spot to relax, with views of the sea and, weather permitting, the English coast.

\## Five bedrooms to accommodate up to 10 people

The holiday cottage has five bedrooms, each designed to sleep two people. The single beds can be pushed together to form double beds, depending on your needs and preferred layout.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a bathroom and toilet also on this level. This layout can make the stay easier for multi-generational families or for guests who prefer to minimise the use of stairs. The other three bedrooms are upstairs and face the garden.

A second bathroom upstairs completes the facilities. An additional sofa-bed is also available on the mezzanine; please check with the owner regarding its use if you require it.

\## A private garden to enjoy the great outdoors

On fine days, extend your moments of relaxation in the gîte’s large private garden. You can enjoy the outdoors, have a quiet meal or simply take in the lush green surroundings.

A communal garden, set within an enclosed area of approximately 400 m², is also available to holidaymakers. It features a barbecue and a pétanque area, perfect for socialising with family or friends.

A private car park with space for two cars makes your arrival and getting around during your stay easier.
