This restored house, which is typical of the region, looks out over the Pyrenees, the bell tower of Lectoure and the entire Gers valley. It is in this calm and picturesque setting that you will come to meet us and discover all the riches of our department. On the ground floor, you'll enjoy a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a relaxation area with armchairs and a TV corner, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and access to the terrace, a WC and a shower room with double basins and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will also find a TV lounge, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140cm) and one double bed (160cm) and a dressing room. For your comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning. To relax and enjoy your aperitifs, a terrace planted with trees, a barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal. A few steps away, a young truffle oak plantation will arouse your curiosity.
