In the heart of the Pays Mellois, Pays d'Art et d'Histoire, 3 km from the Château de Javarzay, a fine example of Renaissance architecture, and 15 km from the Romanesque Trilogy of Melle with the churches of St Hilaire, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, St Pierre and St Savinien, you will discover a gîte that is ideal for exploring the region or relaxing with the family.

In the old village dwelling, we have created a gîte for 6 people, with access to the shared garden planted with trees and flowers and to a private terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen (m-o, lv) - living room - sitting room (TV), utility room (l-v, s-l), wc, shower room.

First floor: 24 m² bedroom with double bed (140cm) and single bed (90cm), 18 m² bedroom with double bed (140cm) and single bed (120cm), shower room, separate wc.

Ideal for fishermen, our gîte is only 1.5 km from the Boutonne, a 1st category river.

It's also ideal for walkers, with many walking, cycling and horse-riding routes in the Pays Mellois.

In the centre of many regional tourist sites: Château de Javarzay 3 km away, Melle 15 km, Zoodyssée 30 min, Marais Poitevin 40 min, Cognac 1 h, Futuroscope 1 h, La Rochelle and the Charente coast 1 h 20 and Puy du Fou, voted best park in the world, 1 h 45. 5 minutes from the municipal swimming pool.
