Detached house on one level, very bright, with east, south and west windows, double glazing, shutters, very quiet area (in a cul-de-sac and parking on the plot) 150 m from the beach, close to the Morin à L'Epine marina and salt marshes, equipped for 4 people, with all mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, mini-oven, television, electric heating, Wi-Fi possible via 4G, etc. The well-insulated house comprises a living room with kitchen, a separate bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds + sofa bed in the living room. A garden shed with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, drying rack, barbecue and 3 mountain bikes are available. Enclosed grounds around the house (approx. 150 m2), terrace and parking space in the grounds, partially shaded. Ideal location for beaches, swimming, hiking and cycling (close to the sea and salt marshes, walking and cycling trails nearby). Baby kit available on request.

Approved Clévacances 2 keys and 2 stars furnished of tourism The hiring will be confirmed when a specimen of signed contract will be returned to me with a cheque representing approximately 30% of the amount of the hiring (with a minimum of 100€, not debited before your arrival) A deposit of 100€ will be preserved during the duration of the stay A fixed price of 30Kwh/week is included in the rent, any supplement will be invoiced at the market price, summer like winter, (with the heating) According to season and height of tide, a fishing with feet can be envisaged.As the rental price is quite reasonable, I am counting on your goodwill to clean up when you leave and I would like to thank you in advance. Rentals are made all year round from Saturday 12 noon to Saturday 10 a.m. Holiday vouchers accepted (a supplement of 5% will be asked for ANCV fees and registered mail) Welcome gifts and, depending on availability, an aperitif dinner.
