## Description

Family guest room (night and breakfast) on the ground floor of a contemporary house, with shared terrace and enclosed garden, for 3 people, 800 m from the shops and the train station, 1 km from the port and bars / restaurants and 1.5 km from the beach.

We offer two independent rooms. One bedroom consists of a 140x190cm bed, with a washbasin and a view of the back of the garden. The second bedroom also consists of a 140x190cm bed with a view of the front of the garden.

The latter was completely renovated at the end of 2021. The bathroom, private to the two bedrooms, but not communicating, has a large walk-in shower (with seat and grab bar); it was also completely renovated in 2021.

The independent toilet on the landing is also private to the two bedrooms but not communicating. Outside, enjoy the shared terrace and garden with garden furniture available.

Parking near the rental.

Quiet and pleasant place.

Pets are not allowed, and non-smoking rooms. (Additional information: the tourist tax is not included in the price).
