At the heart of the historic district of Rosmeur, the apartment is on the second floor of an old character house overlooking a quiet square.

Ideally located, the rental is quiet while enjoying the close proximity of the town center. You can even spend your holiday without using a car.

Completely renovated in 2014, the apartment is bright, spacious and comfortable. You spend your holiday in a modern and cozy atmosphere and enjoy the unobstructed view of the bay of Douarnenez.

The rental has all the amenities: open kitchen with bar, dining room with sofa and DVD player, washing machine, space for drying clothes in the attic of the house.

Note if you want to come two families: a second apartment is located on the same floor.

The house is close to shops, the fishing port and coastal path. The beaches are easily accessible on foot.

Follow signs for "Centre ville, port du Rosmeur". Go down the rue Anatole France. There is a sign "sens interdit"-"sauf riverains" so you can continue down the street until you reach the Chapelle Ste Hélène. Then turn left into rue Hervé Julien.

Please note: the street is narrow.

You can park temporarily to unload in front of the house. During the summer months, it is a little difficult to find a parking space nearby, but a large car park is located 10 minutes' walk from the house (this car park is, however, closed during certain festivals: Vie en Reuz at the beginning of June, Film Festival at the end of August).

Parking is free throughout the town.
