Maison agréable, lumineuse, propre, et spacieuse pour un couple, un ami et trois enfants. Par de problème pour Parker la voiture car la maison offre une cour intérieure ainsi qu'une autre place de parking devant le garage. Quelques jeux et livres sont à la disposition des clients. Le quartier est sympathique et silencieux même l'été, la végétation du jardin permet de farnienter à l'abri des regards. Proximité des commerces et de la plage, tout se fait à pied. Très bon séjour, je recommande++++++
Agréable semaine sur l'île d'Oléron
à 500 m de la mer et non 300 comme indiqué par les propriétaires, c'est très bien, commerces à proximité à 300 m top !
murs de la chambre avec de la poussière ou moisissures , poussières sous le lit et toiles d'araignées un peu partout à notre arrivée, odeur de moisi partout, un problème de fuite d'eau pendant notre séjour, la propriétaire n'a même pas proposé un dédommagement alors que nous avons épongé la salle d'eau pendant 1 heure !
Location qui est chère rapport qualité/prix , tout est vieux et demande à être rafraîchi, pas au top pour 1 deux clés !
