The adjoining terrace of 14 m² is equipped with a large table and 6 chairs in teak.
The American kitchen is fully equipped: fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, NESPRESSO coffee machine, blender, and all necessary dishes to cook at home.
The bathroom has a large shower, a vanity unit with lighted mirror and a hairdryer available.
The room (23 m²) with its wooden parquet of Guiana, has a queen size bed (160x200), 2 twin size beds (90x190) and is fully air conditioned. It is equipped with luxury beddings and a dressing room where you will find an iron and ironing board.

Très proche de tout mer du centre ville et grands axes ! La disponibilité l'organisation le jardin d'apercevoir mouton paresseux et perroquets à Cayenne est fort agréable tout cela de la terrasse ! Je dis bravo à tous ceux qui œuvrent pour la protection de la faune et la flore ! Séjour formidable a refaire!

Duplex très calme, spacieux, très bien équipé, bien ventilé, apprécie la chaleur grâce au vent marin et surtout point essentiel : pas ou peu de moustiques : 3 piqures en 3 sem. de séjour... Site super agréable et piscine très appréciée par enfants et adultes...Propriétaire à l'écoute des résidents.
Construction et Travaux des résidences locatives adjacentes, un peu bruyants. Mais cela n'est pas inhérent à vos duplex.

Agréable séjour de 12 jours en famille, dont 2 Jeunes enfants. Site sécurisé et bien situé. J'espère bien y retourner.
Très bon accueil, hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Très beau cadre bien pensé et bien aménagé qui laisse oublier complètement le voisinage. Décoration de très très bon gout et appartements très fonctionnel. RECOMMANDÉ pour un séjour en famille ou en amoureux, très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Point négatif : l'alarme de la piscine qui se déclenchait à chaque vibration du plancher mais les hôtes ont su pallier au problème très rapidement.
