Between Agen and Nérac, the village of Montagnac-sur-Auvignon
rises to a height of 200 metres and offers the visitor a panoramic view of the
surrounding hills of changing colour according the crops that grow as well as
the Garonne valley, the Pyrénées mountains when the weather is clear and the Gîte
des Coteaux bed and breakfast. It is totally independent, built of local stone
and is located in the heart of the Buzet wine producing region. It has well-lit
and cosy rooms, a terrace and a private garden and is the ideal place for a
relaxing and restful holiday..

- La beauté du gîte en pierres du pays, sa propreté, son équipement, sa décoration raffinée. Sa situation sur une hauteur avec une vue exceptionnelle. Son calme à la campagne au milieu des vignes et champs de blé. Sa grande terrasse extérieur, la literie neuve et confortable. Mais en plus de tout cela, nous avons parculièrement apprécié l'accueil fort sympathique et chaleureux de la propriétaire : merci Maryline pour tout, nous sommes repartis le coeur gros de quitter votre magnifique maison.
