Gîte La Bergerie is located in an old terraced house, completely renovated. This holiday home in the countryside offers, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, a perfect balance between comfort and conviviality. It is located 1 km from shops and services.

A flowery courtyard, fitted out with games for children, adorns the entrance to the house. On the porch, a shaded terrace with its garden furniture, barbecue and plancha, invites you to relax while admiring the view of the Cère valley.

Inside, the ground floor reveals two spacious rooms, the living room and the kitchen.

The living room, with its exposed beams, stone walls and inglenook fireplace (traditional fireplace), evokes the authentic charm of old houses. This warm space is organized around the wood stove (wood is free) and a large, convivial dining table. The convertible sofa allows you to transform the living room area into an extra bedroom.

The generously equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, coffee maker, robot, raclette grill, etc.) includes a table as well as a counter with bar stools, ideal for having a coffee or an aperitif.

Upstairs, privacy is a must with 2 large bedrooms, a library area, a contemporary bathroom and separate toilets.
