L'Atelier is a newly built single-storey 45m² (484ft²) house, separate from the main building. The location is ideal: close to Dijon’s train station, Cité Gastronomique, city center, streetcar and bus. It is also located on the canal side, on the bike paths and the Ouche promenade in a diversified district that offers animation and nature, heritage and urban culture, at the beginning of the route des Grands Crus. Parking is free. Accessible to is a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. Bicycle shelter possible.

The accommodation

L’Atelier is decorated with taste and originality. It is functional and well equipped. Through the main door, you’ll be entering a fully equipped kitchen (multifunction microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster) and a big living-room with an authentic wooden table and a relaxing space. Tourist documentation, board games, books and television available. Excellent Wifi. From this room, you’ll be able to access the bedroom, the bathroom, and the independent toilets. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a closet, a hanging rail and a desk. In the lounge area, small sofa bed (extra bed).

Dijon is the capital of the Duchy of Burgundy. Here’s the occasion to explore a 97ha sector registered as a UNESCO World heritage, full of a history that goes back to the Renaissance, from the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy to the soon-to-be cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin (international city of gastronomy and wine), the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the market, medieval houses, town houses, the Well of Moses,... When the sun sets, streets and monuments are beautifully illuminated.
