About this Holiday rental
MAGNIFICENT VILLA in PERROS GUIREC!
At the beginning of the Pink Granite Coast, ideally located in the heart of the village of Perros-Guirec and within walking distance of Trestraou beach, this fully renovated traditional house in pink granite is organized between a 100 m² terrace towards the sea and a small enclosed garden.
You just have to walk 100m on the rue des 7 Iles to reach the stairs leading to the beach.
You are 2 minutes from the shopping streets to enjoy the shops (and in particular the pastry chefs and their Breton specialties!) and the restaurants.
The house can comfortably accommodate 3 families (12 to 15 people). You can leave your car and do everything on foot: shopping, beach, restaurants and walks on the coastal path to discover the famous Côte de Granit Rose up to Ploumanach, one of the favorite villages of the French.
You can also take advantage of the many activities nearby, surf school, thalassotherapy, sea kayaking, beach games and tournaments, rental of bicycles including electric ones, cinema...but also discover the fauna (seals, gannets, puffins) which populate the 7 islands (pier 10 minutes walk from the house) off the bay of Trestraou and the flora of the coastal path and surroundings and finally enjoy the cultural life of Perros and its surroundings (hydrangea festival in July , fest noz, castle of Tonquédec, city of Lannion and Tréguier).
Our house has all the necessary utensils for cooking enthusiasts and in particular a La Cornue piano Finally, the terraces and veranda of the house allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and the umbrella pines bordering the beach at any time of the day. Trestraou!

nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec les 3 familles de nos enfants. La propriétaire a véritablement le sens et le souci de l'accueil. Cette grande demeure de caractère est très bien équipée dont une très belle véranda. La vue sur mer et sa proximité sont un privilège. Même en hiver y a toujours de belles éclaircies pour des balades magnifiques. ( embarras du choix.) Centre Ville avec tous commerces et Office de Tourisme ( à 2 pas)
