L'agencement du studio très pratique et fonctionnel. A voir absolument : la réserve naturelle de la Baie de St Brieuc.
Location idéale pour un couple. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire toujours à l'écoute. Emplacement près des lieux de visite.
Appartement très agréable. La propriétaire est très gentille et discrète.

Le calme la propreté intérieur et extérieur et un supermarché à 400 mètres
Il n'y a pas de lave linge pourtant il est indiqué dans l Annonce
