This house of character, about 120 m² labeled for 6 people, has been completely renovated over the last two years for a comfortable stay in any quality.
The rental is made up on the ground floor of the entrance giving access to a reserve, a garage and an extra bathroom for returning from the beach or fishing or cycling ...
Upstairs you have a large, very bright living room with living area (television, board games, PS4 ...) overlooking the terrace, and the kitchen area (with everything you need including coffee maker, micro- wave, combined-freezing, dishwasher ...).
On the second floor, a landing will serve three beautiful bedrooms, one with its private terrace with a splendid view of the sea ..!
Outside you have a very large terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and its private SPA ..! The dream !
Note that there may be noises coming from the terrace of the restaurant-bar opposite, especially between July 14 and August 15 (bar activity to cease in 2021). However, no complaints or discomfort felt by tenants during the summer of 2020. The children's room is exposed on the sea side, so without noise.
