Located between the rivers of Aven and Belon and 3.5 kms from the sea, the location of this property in a very quiet residential area is ideal to discover the charms of South Finistère (GR 34 and the Cité des Peintres de Pont-Aven at 5 min, the closed town of Concarneau, the cottage village of Névez, the beaches of Port Manech, Rospico, Kerfanny or Tahiti at 15 min) and the Morbihan golf course. Our friends small dogs are accepted (inform us in advance thank you)
