This tastefully renovated house is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. It has all the necessary comfort for a pleasant vacation.

In 2024, come to enjoy maritim festival in Brest "BREST 2024", taking place less than 30 minutes away.
You will be able to practice nautical activities on the beaches less than 2 km from the rental, or to walk along the GR34 for beautiful walks. Don't miss the 6 kms of dunes of Keremma which is the biggest dune line of Brittany or the village of Meneham,ancient village of fishermen and gaemoniers. Also, less than half an hour from the rental, you can visit the corsair city of Roscoff and embark towards the island of Batz for an unforgettable excursion and a guaranteed change of scenery...
Independent house till 14 persons (from 4 persons to 14 persons):
Ground floor : Equipped and fitted kitchen (combined freezer, oven and microwave...) living room. 1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 bed 160 and a private SDE-WC in the bedroom, independent WC, playroom.
Floor: 2 rooms with a bed 160, 1 room with 1 bed 140, a dormitory room with 2 beds 90 and 2 bunk beds (4 x 90), independent WC, 1 shower-room, 1 bathroom.
Facilities and services : TV, washing machine, sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival, internet access. Baby equipment on request. Games room (billiards, darts, TV), bicycles available.
Kayaks available for rent.
Outside : Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, private garden and parking.
Weekly rentals during the summer, and/or short stays (2 days minimum) during the rest of the year.

1500 € : 24/06-30/06 and 26/08-02/09
1000 € : school vacations
750 € : low season
Short stay rates :
200 €/night from Monday to Friday (2 nights minimum)
250 €/night Saturday and day before a holiday
Ascension : 900 € for 4 nights
Pentecost : 700 € for 3 nights
optional cleaning package : 100 €/stay week end, 120€/stay week

Maison très agréable , nous y avons passé la semaine de Noël entre 8 et 12 personnes (de 9 à 83 ans !)

Maison toute équipée. Nous étions 14 dont 7 enfants. La salle de jeu est vraiment un plus dans ce cas là ?. 3 salles de bain et 3 toilettes. Le plus, le linge de toilettes fourni ainsi que les lits faits à l'arrivée. Petit insert bien agréable dans le séjour pour les soirées fraîches. Hôte très agréable et qui répond rapidement à nos demandes. Le lieu doit être encore plus agréable l'été avec cette belle terrasse en bois et les plages toutes proches. Petit village calme. A RESERVER !!

Cuisine fonctionnelle et très bien équipée. De grands espaces de vie dans une maison bien agencée. Très apprécié également: l'espace jeux..
Accueil très sympa, maison très agréable à l'unanimité. De très beaux volumes, une belle déco. Jardin/terrasse aménagés avec goût.
Espace,propreté,salle de jeux,nombre de sanitaires et salles de bain...let les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
Je cherche encore...
Nous louons très souvent en Bretagne, cette location est dans notre top 3 sans problème. Tout a été parfait dès notre arrivée.
