Discover this semi-detached wooden chalet with fireplace, in the Jura at Clairvaux-les-Lacs, a few metres from the lake where you can stroll peacefully in summer. The site of Clairvaux-les-Lacs can also be discovered along numerous hiking and mountain bike trails.
The town is about fifteen kilometres from the Prénovel cross-country ski resort, but also about twenty kilometres from the Chaux-du-Dombief, Saint-Pierre and Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux resorts. For a day of downhill skiing, you will only have to travel 45 minutes before reaching the resort of Les Rousses.
On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the garage you will find a washing machine.
The kitchen opens onto the living room with a wooden table, sofa and armchairs, flat screen TV and internet connection.
A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the three separate bedrooms and bathroom. The first two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two bunk beds.
You can park your car in a garage and relax in the summer on a private terrace. The accommodation has an adjoining garden, garden furniture and barbecue.
