Large stone holiday home with shared swimming pool, fully air-conditioned, located in the heart of an old wine estate.
This tastefully renovated old stable is located in the Aude just 20km from the beautiful city of CARCASSONNE but also 1 hour from the first Mediterranean beaches and the Pyrenees mountains.
Sleeping level, you will find 1 double bed in 160, two double beds in 150, 1 BZ type bed in 140 and two single beds in 90. An umbrella bed can be provided.
In this large, nicely decorated two-storey holiday home with quality furnishings, you can enjoy the view of the vineyards.
There is also a billiard table, table football and trampoline, as well as a children's play area next to the swimming pool.
Nearby, you will find all kinds of activities that can be done with the family, such as horseback riding, hiking or mountain biking, tree climbing. You will also be able to carry out nautical activities, visits of Cathar castles, villages in circulation as well as several chasms and caves.
