The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and it is facing the North-West. The beaches are 300 meters away and the shops are 300 meters away. The living room has a kitchen area (with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), a double sofa bed, a table with chairs, and a flat screen television. In one bedroom, there is 1 double bed for 2 persons; in the 2nd bedroom, there is a 140 bed for 2 persons. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separated from the toilet. There is a shared secured parking in the residence. Pets not allowed.
