On the ground floor, a living room with a dining room, a fireplace lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, robots, dishwasher, fridge, freezer.

Entrance with cloakroom, WC, washing machine and dryer in a soundproof cupboard.

Relaxation area :
Heated indoor POOL all year round with toilet and shower, a SPA, an exercise bike, an elliptical trainer, etc. This relaxation area, dressed in wood, opens widely south onto the surrounding countryside, without any vis- opposite.

The living room and the swimming pool are extended by a partly covered wooden terrace.

Very high season: 1400 euros per week.
High season: 1300 euros per week.
Medium season: 1200 euros per week, 890 euros per week for 4 people.
Low season: 1090 euros per week, 890 euros per week for 4 people.

Weekend (2 nights): 520 euros.
Weekend (3 nights): 620 euros.

Cleaning deposit: 80 euros.
Christmas week: 1,200 euros.
New Year's week: 1,400 euros.
