Each house ( 130m²) arranged on the ground and first floor,sleeps 6/7 people in 3 large bedrooms:
Large lounge and dining area (45m²) with inglenook fire place and wood burning stove, comfortably furnished , colour television.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher and microwave, cooker, coffee machine, fridge/freezer etc.
Shower room/WC with washing machine.
Stairs to first floor:
3 Bedrooms:
1with 1 x 140cm x 190cm bed, two with 2 x 90cm x 190cm beds, a cot + spare single bed are available.
Bathroom/WC en-suite with double bedroom and twin bedroom .
Each house opens on to its own patio with barbecue, garden dining furniture and sun loungers.
Shared use (with adjoining house only)of the large mature garden with ample shade provided by large pin parasol trees . The 10 x 5 m heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna (new) under the beautiful toulousain brick arched pavillion.

There are walks directly from the house through the orchards.Four miles down stream is Moissac a vibrant market town with ancient monastic roots, much of it, monastry, church and beautifull cloisters still remaining.The "canal de midi" passes through the centre providing an ideal walking/cycle route under the shade of the two hundred year old plane trees.
The surrounding area is considered the fruit bowl of France, being well irrigated by the majestic rivers of the Tarn, Garonne and Aveyron that in joining together just up stream of Moissac form a 1000 acre lake that provides for all forms of water sports.
