Welcome to this old crossing tastefully renovated by Nelly and Arnault. Located between Mont St Michel and Granville, near Avranches, city of manuscripts and the abbey of Lucerne, this gîte is the ideal base for visiting the whole department: along the Baie du Mont bicycle route and close to hiking trails, museums and monuments as well as the leisure activities of the area (zoo, aquarium).
On the ground floor, this cocoon in the countryside, offers a living room (sofa bed – TV) with kitchenette (dishwasher – gas hob – refrigerator + freezer box . . . ), a large room with its atypical bathroom, separate toilets and an infrared sauna.
Outside, the lovely view of the countryside is complemented by a pergola with adjustable shutters, a garden furniture and a plancha.
Bed linen is available for rent (10€), towels and house linen are provided. Electricity included. Tourist tax in addition. Wifi available. Cleaning service 40€. animals accepted
