Sabrina and Francis welcome you to this comfortable, single level new build house (72 sq.m.) on outskirts of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme. Private parking space. Lots of footpaths & cycle tracks for exploring the town of Saint-Valery and its surroundings. House adjoins another gîte belonging to same couple. Disabled access possible (check with owners for details): useful width of inside doors 0,77m. 5 min. walk from shops, 15 min. walk from harbour. Entry direct into large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, toaster). Lounge (flat screen TV). 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (two 90x200cm beds). Shower room/WC (large walk-in shower, washing machine), separate WC. Little terrace (outdoor furniture, BBQ). Baby welcome (cot, high chair, potty, changing mat, bath).|Dog(s) allowed under certain conditions, with owners' prior agreement. NO cats. Fenced garden. Included in rent: WIFI, bed linen, electricity (56 Watts), 3 cubic metres of water/week – any excess will be charged at the going rate. Mains gas heating (extra charge – approx. 15€/week for reasonable use in this modern, well insulated house). Meters read on arrival and departure. French 'chèques vacances' accepted (paper version only) – they cannot be used to pay initial deposit or tourist tax. Weekly lets only (Sat. to Sat.), from 460€ to 760€ (depending on time of year). Tourist tax (charged extra). Damage deposit: 600€ (900 € if you bring pet). Optional cleaning possible (80€). Beds made on arrival (no extra charge). Please bring your own towels, tea towels.
