The property, labeled 4 keys and classified 4 stars, is located 10 km from Fayence, quiet and surrounded by nature in the Clos de la Chesnaye among oaks, pines and junipers and all the scents of Provençal herbs, in a privileged residential location, enclosed grounds, private parking, garage for motorcycles, electric gate. Loan of bicycles and bicycle storage available.

The house is made up of a large living room, fully equipped American kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, multi-function microwave oven, ceramic hob.
