Located in the ski resort of Chamrousse 1750, in Isère, at the Résidence l'Arselle, near Grenoble.
4 people maximum.
The studio is oriented South-West on the top floor with elevator.
There is a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains (Vercors, Chartreuse) and of the sunsets.
The studio has a balcony with a dining table, 2 armchairs and 2 stools to enjoy a drink and eat when the good weather arrives.
It is possible to park for free at the foot of the Residence.
The heating is collective in winter and electric in summer if necessary.
You can take advantage of a ski locker that opens directly onto a beginner ski slope and the Bachat Bouloud chairlift to access the rest of the area.
The ski school and the course departures are accessible on skis (Arselle sector)

The studio is equipped with raclette, plancha and fondue appliances.
1 retractable bed in 140x190 with a real mattress, and 1 bunk bed, with 2 beds in 70x190. (note the top bunk is reserved for children over 6 years old, for safety reasons)
The kitchen area is open to the living room and equipped with an induction hob (2 burners), a dishwasher, a fridge and an oven.

The living area is equipped with a table, with 4 chairs and 1 stool, a sofa, a small coffee table, TV, radio, vacuum cleaner.

(Pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene and allergies.)

The studio is non-smoking.

The Residence is located 150m from the shopping mall (restaurants, small supermarket, pharmacy, post office, tobacconist, bakery, clothing and souvenir shops, ski/snowboard rental shop, cinema, ESF, library/mediatheque, office tourism)

Public electric charging stations are located in front of the town hall about 300m away.

On the resort, many activities in addition to skiing are available:
In winter: dog sledding, horse-drawn carriages, snowmobiling, skiing or hiking, zip line in all seasons (from spring 2023)
In summer: hiking, climbing, via-ferrata, horse riding, mountain biking, paddleboarding, wake boarding, paragliding, 4x4 electric scooters, tree climbing.

Close to the Thermes d'Uriage, its Casino and the Golf (25-30min by car)
35km from Grenoble train station.

A deposit of 400€ by check will be requested at the beginning of the stay, it will not be cashed and returned at the end of the stay after the inventory.
