Very nice 35m2 apartment Le Soremava in a recent luxury residence (Résidence Les Granges in Prapoutel) on the ground floor with a large 12m2 terrace facing south. To enjoy this terrace, you will have at your disposal a picnic table and 2 deckchairs.
Rented with a parking space in a secure underground garage, a locker and the possibility of putting mountain bikes in the cellar.
Children have room to play in front of the apartment without risk because cars do not have access. You can do everything on foot during your stay.
