About this Holiday rental
Located in a renovated barn, the “Villa Olympia” with Greco-French colors welcomes you for an exotic stay.
Close to all amenities, you can leave the car on the property and enjoy the forest, the cycle path, the lake and its water activities; not counting the Parentis-en-Born feria.
You can find electric charging stations near the accommodation.
When you arrive, I will welcome you personally. I will introduce you to my gîte and answer all your questions.
A first booklet will give you the rental terms as well as good addresses and useful contacts (this can be sent to you on request in PDF format); a second will help you in the use of different electrical equipment.
My 50m² Duplex consists of:
* On the ground floor: a living room including a new fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140cm bed.
• Upstairs: a bedroom with 2x90cm beds and an office space. A security barrier is available if necessary.
Outside you can benefit from a terrace with garden table and chairs, barbecue/plancha and garden furniture located in a patio in the shade of banana trees.
Household linen (toilet and bed) is provided. End of stay cleaning, tourist tax and wifi connection are included in the price. The cottage, for 4 people, is non-smoking (except outdoors) and our animal friends are not allowed.
Free baby accessories on request (excluding sheets).
The cottage is equipped with differential meters for water and electricity. A statement will be made upon your arrival and departure; the excess will have to be paid before your departure.

Proche du centre-ville à piedoù il y a tous les commerces, il y a également beaucoup de chose à voir dans la région en voiture. Avec ma femme et nos enfants, nous avons passé une superbe semaine: je recommande.
