Cottage located on the third level of an old mansion, independent entrance on the side of the cottage (a few steps).

Large living room with kitchen (sink, hob with 3 ceramic fireplaces, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker (filters), Nespresso coffee machine (capsules), electric kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and cookware, small appliances (blender, mini chopper, mixer foot, table vacuum cleaner, ...), table and chairs assorted, ...

- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 140 cm x 190 cm, wardrobe (shelves and wardrobe with hangers).

2 independent washrooms (VMC):

- BATHROOM 1: shower with glass door, vanity unit, shelves, hair dryer, ...

Welcome products provided: shower gel body/ hair natural and soft for skin and hair.

Many cultural and heritage visits: old medieval village of Saint-Ilpize and remains of its castle, church of Sainte-Croix in Lavoûte-Chilhac (former Cluniac priory), house of birds in Lavoûte-Chilhac, paleontological museum in Chilhac, Gallo-Roman windmills and silver mines in Ally, Saint-Gal collegiate church in Langeac, Saint-Julien basilica in Brioude (the largest church in Auvergne and 3 stars in the Michelin green guide), exhibitions of paintings at the Doyenné (space of Modern and Contemporary Art), Lace Museum in Brioude, Abbatiale in Lavaudieu, member of the association «the most beautiful villages in France». Abbey and Classical Music Festival at La Chaise-Dieu.
