Burgundy has undoubtedly attracted you, we hope that our gîte gives you complete satisfaction for your stay. Our renovated accommodation is located in Epertully, between Côte d’Or and Saône-et-Loire. You are 3 minutes from Nolay (bakeries, doctor, pharmacy, shops), 15 minutes from the Santenay thermal center and its casino, 30 minutes from Beaune, Chalon-sur-Saône, Autun, Le Creusot, from the Montchanin TGV station. You are on the border between the Burgundian wine coast and the Morvan of pastures and forests.
You want calm, you like nature, you are in the right place in this quiet and pleasant little village. Walks, hikes, cycling routes on the cycle route are available to you... Wine tastings, visits to prestigious buildings and attractive small towns are within reach.
This small apartment (38 m2) in an independent house is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace with table and chairs and of a large garden. The basement allows you to possibly leave your bikes there. Your car will be parked on an adjoining private lot. You are completely independent there, we have designed it so that you feel at home.
All household linen is provided (sheets, pillows, duvet, bathroom linen, tea towels) and cleaning will be carried out by us so that you can enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind.
We offer you, if you wish, guided by a professional, a short nature and landscape discovery walk around the village as an introduction or in addition to your stay. During this time, do not hesitate to come to us for a request, an exchange, a sharing, a discussion...

Un séjour agréable dans un gîte très fonctionnel, à l' ambiance cocooning. La disponibilité et les conseils du propriétaire nous ont permis de réaliser de belles balades dans les environs.

Gîte très fonctionnel avec beaucoup de charme, idéalement situé pour une étape en Bourgogne. Nous y avons passé une nuit et avons apprécié le calme environnant et l' accueil chaleureux des propriétaires...
