Located just 3km from the Ledano estuary beach, and 5km from the charming port of Paimpol with its shops and restaurants, this wooden house will offer you a pleasant setting for your next vacation.
You can enjoy the calm of the countryside on the garden side, or on the terrace, as well as the Plourivo woods and its forest trails; just as you will enjoy relaxation, games and walks by the sea on the GR34 and its beaches.
Interior side, the house offers you all the comfort necessary for your stay on the ground floor with
its large living room with lounge-dining area and fitted kitchen
three independent bedrooms with 160 bed; so one in one of the wings of the house with its private bathroom (with shower and WC)
an independent bathroom with corner bathtub

Upstairs you also have a second living room, and two extra single beds on the mezzanine side (with blackout curtain in the sleeping area)

The beds are made upon your arrival to allow you to settle in comfortably. Bathroom linen is optional at €12/person; cleaning also optional at 150€.
The location of the house next to our farm and our organic vegetable greenhouses allows us to welcome you personally upon your arrival!
