Welcome to Le Grand Paradis ! This rental - named after a listed 17th-century building - is right in the heart of the most dynamic street in Dol-de-Bretagne.

Located on the 2nd floor, the flat offers all the comforts you need for a leisure or business stay, a weekend or a long holiday. It was completely renovated in 2024.

Other highlights include its ideal location, just a 10-minute walk from the TGV and TER train stations, short-stay accommodation and linen options!

You will be welcomed by Jean-François, the charming owner.

In Dol-de-Bretagne, a town full of character with its many medieval streets, you'll find plenty of local shops and restaurants. Would you like to discover the region? The Mont-Dol panorama, Mont Saint-Michel, the Châteaux of Combourg and Fougères and the ramparts of Saint-Malo are all well worth a visit!

  • Accessibility
The accommodation is on the 2nd floor without a lift. The staircase (dating from the 17th century) leading to the 2nd floor is narrow in places. It is therefore not recommended for people with reduced mobility. If you have any questions, please contact the owner.
